- Replace any burnt-out bulbs
- Turn off all ceiling fans
- Open all blinds and curtains
- Turn on water features, fire features, and other visual features
Kitchen & Bathrooms
- Clear kitchen countertops and dining surfaces
- Put away dishes, food, and small appliances
- Clean sinks, counters, and appliances
- Remove toiletries and personal items
- Close toilet lids and neatly arrange towels
Exterior Check
- Remove all vehicles from front of the home
- Hide trash bins, garden hosesand tools
- Clean patios, decks, and outdoor furniture
- Remove pool covers, toys, and unnecessary equipment
- Mow the lawn, sweep pathways, and tidy landscaping`
Declutter & Depersonalize
- Remove personal items and unnecessary clutter
- Clear countertops, tables, and nightstands
- Hide trash bins, laundry baskets, and pet items
- Hide cords, remotes, chargers, and smart devices
- Put away bathroom items, toothbrushes, soaps, and toiletries
Clean & Style
- Clean mirrors, windows, and visible appliances
- Sweep, mop, or vacuum all floors

- Fluff pillows and arrange cushions and throws
